Removal of loft insulation and asbestos residue has previously been undertaken, but it has been found that there remain some asbestos residues trapped within the Lath and plaster ceiling in voids between the L&P and the plasterboard overlay. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
