Without the COVID-19 Outreach Testing Service there is no provision for outreach testing. A flexible service responsive to local need will be crucial in our local response to outbreak management. A locally commissioned COVID-19 Outreach Testing Service will be required to provide: a. Home testing service (for those unable to attend a drive through Mobile Testing Unit) b.
