        "description": "NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (NICB) wish to establish a list of qualified providers who can provide high quality, person centred and flexible care in two separate Lots for Domiciliary Care and Support for Adults and Children and Young People with continuing healthcare needs. Lot 1 - Domiciliary Care and Support for Adults with continuing healthcare needs will cover domiciliary care services to adults aged 18 and over who have been assessed as eligible to receive continuing healthcare. The term 'Domiciliary Care' is being used to describe care and support services delivered to an individual in their own home including 24-hr support. Lot 2 - Domiciliary Care and Support for Children and Young People with continuing care needs covers people aged 0-18. Care and support needs will be identified and commissioned as a Care Package. The Provider will be expected to meet each child or young person's care needs.
