Ensuring the display is suitably themed. Display/s are to be centred around Riverside Sunderland including the pedestrian bridge, the successful supplier will work with the Council to agree location/s that are deemed to be the most effective. The supplier must incorporate into their proposed design a \"waterfall effect\" utilising gerbs (fountains) from the pedestrian bridge to create a pyrotechnic wall of \"falling stars\". All waste from the fireworks must be collected, removed, and disposed from the firework fall out zone, and the use of biodegradable or low-emission fireworks would be preferable. Plan for post-event cleanup and waste management. Measures to minimize noise pollution and wildlife disturbance.",
