        "description": "The Customer is seeking to partner with a suitably qualified Service Provider(s) for the supply of arboriculture maintenance services to the Highways Network for which the Customer is responsible under the Highways Act 1980, the Customer's own properties, and the properties of other Clients in Leicestershire. The Client work is to generate income for the Customer so it may subsidise its public service commitments.
