The system must: Identify lift trap in's. Identify lift breakdowns. Run lift performance reports. Have regular Autodialler Health Checks conducted as required by EN81-28 This requirement also includes: Annual service visits to the EMU's at all sites. Breakdown call-outs to all EMU's as and when required. System updates / upgrades. 24 hours a day / 365 days per year lift monitoring for trap in's and breakdowns.",
