Residential self-contained flats with laundry and office spaces, with associated external works. The proposed form of contract is the Joint Contracts Tribunal Intermediate Form of Contract with Contractor Design, 2016 version (JCT ICD 16) to include Thanet District Council's standard terms as \"Special Conditions\". The Council has appointed a 3rd party to act as Contract Administrator on behalf of the Council. The Works are anticipated to commence upon 29 November 2021 for a duration of 42 weeks inclusive of the Christmas break (duration to be confirmed by Contractor). Important Information: All procurement documents are available on the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk and available for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal Tenders. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation toTender Documentation.
