DCC will appoint a single contractor for the design, supply, install, and maintenance of our traffic signals and related communications infrastructure. Additionally, DCC are looking for a contractor to also provide first line maintenance for our VMS and VAS signs. Dependant on the performance of the contractor, DCC will add maintenance of CCTV, RMS, UTC, and UTMC from year 5 of the contract.",
