We were created from a merger between First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Associations. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone. VIVID is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency, registered number 4850. Nature & Scope of Our Requirements The tender is for the provision of a Contract for the provision of office cleaning services at VIVID Housing. VIVID currently require Cleaning services at both the Portsmouth and Basingstoke Offices. The hours are Monday to Friday for two hours excluding bank holidays and one week at Christmas. At each site we require the following number off cleaners: Peninsular House, Wharf Road, Portsmouth, PO2 8HB The service requires 1 site supervisor and 4 cleaning operatives. Each cleaner to work 10 hours a week from 17:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday. Peninsular House is a 4-storey building and will require cleaning across the entirety of floors 2, 3 & 4 and ALL communal areas including those on the ground floor and floor one. The main office space on Floor one is not included in the services as this is managed by a separate company. This may become part of the contract at a later date. 56 & 59 Kingsclere Rd, Basingstoke RG21 6XG The service requires 1 site supervisor and 4 cleaning operatives. Each cleaner to work 10 hours a week from 17:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday. The Basingstoke office (56 Kingclere Road) is a 2-storey building and will require cleaning across the entirety of all floors and communal areas. 59 Kingsclere Road is small two-storey unit and requires cleaning of all communal areas on both floors and the entire first floor.",
