This service will predominantly provide mental health support and recovery services to City and Hackney adult residents with complex mental health needs. Additionally the service infrastructure should be used to support some prevention focused and more widely accessible interventions. The service will be delivered by a number of specialist providers managed by a main contractor. The specialist providers will be able to meet the varied needs of City and Hackneys diverse population including helping to overcome barriers to access for marginalised communities.",
