The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 336 powered doors for pedestrian use, 753 manual and powered industrial doors, shutters, gates, barriers, turnstiles and sliding/ moveable partition walls within its buildings throughout the County, of various types and complexity. The contract scope of work includes the collation and verification of as installed information; undertaking planned inspections, consequential and reactive maintenance works to ensure that systems meet operational and safety standards and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times.",
