Additional information: Interested caterers must have experience in providing a quality food service provision to primary schools. A strong local management presence within the area along with the ability to purchase locally will be an important factor. Menus that comply to the Soil Association bronze standard would be considered as a given - with the aspiration for silver achievement as a short term goal. So a catering partner is sought who can tailor bespoke menus have the agility and adaptability to make changes in line with the school's requirements will be essential.
