Several sites owned by WCC are being put forward for the creation of new woodlands. The phase 1 site, New Farm, Norton, Evesham is a former Council smallholding which is being developed as a mixed habitat site. This tender is for the planting of the new native broadleaf woodland areas. Tender Purpose This tender is for the phase 1 tree planting of 34,720 (Appendix 3) saplings on New farm during the autumn / winter of 2022/23. The ground has been prepared by either previously arable fields being sown with a pollinator mix or existing permanent grassland that will have been cut / grazed short in preparation for the planting season. The site consists of 4 main compartments as per the attached map (Appendix 2) with compartment 1 being sub divided into three parts 1a, 1b and 1c",
