The DPS will be the primary method for the Council to source placements for the duration of this 4 year (subject to break clauses) DPS Agreement. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes.
