This expression of interest is to allow Contractors to attend site to view and assess the building and the exact nature of both options, to then be able to identify whether or not they are interested in tendering for the opportunity and what their preference of the above two options would be. The Council will analyse all the information submitted within the Expression of Interest submissions, in order to reach a decision as to which option to procure.",
