While the service will not offer direct counselling, it will be essential in signposting individuals to specialised services, such as bereavement counselling, mental health services and financial advice. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT.
