The location of service provision will enable patients across Essex and East Anglia to access multiple Service locations. The proposed location for each service will be a matter for each Bidder. It is intended that the tender will be split into LOTs based on the geographical areas, the LOTs will be confirmed at the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. The Market Engagement Event will take place on 11 August 2016 at Swift House, Hedgerows Business Park, Colchester Road, Springfield , Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 5PF. Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are restricted to no more than 2 persons per organisation. The Market Engagement event will; * Give an overview of Service to be provided * Provide details of the contract type, length and particular conditions * Explain the procurement process and the anticipated timelines The Contract will be for a minimum period of five years. The contract for this service will be a Personal Dental Agreement (PDS) contract, with a Service commencement date of 1 April 2017. The estimated core contract(s) value for Essex, Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney is a total of PS385,000 per annum over the 5 year period. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to this contract. Please note that an expression of interest in this market event will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise.
