Project Description The contractor will be required to undertake works such as: * Re-roofing * External wall insulation * Internal refurbishments and associated works to 77 properties - Reema and Dorlonco - non traditional design properties * The works to the 60 Reema properties include internal refurbishments, structural repairs as required, re-roofing, taking down chimneys, external wall insulation and associated works to the building and external area * The works to the 17 Dorlonco properties include structural repairs as required (including works to the structural steelwork), re-roofing, taking down chimneys, external wall insulation and associated works to the building and external area Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. Swindon Borough Council will also be holding a presentation/briefing about the works on 4th January 2019.
