Within the block there is 1 studio apartment, 27 one bedroom flats and 1 two bedroom flat, a laundry, communal space and various storage areas. There has been no standard refurbishment to any aspect of the block since it was built approximately 30 years ago. The only works carried out on the block are repair works which are still in poor condition, many of the flats do not have heating or electricity in some rooms and there is a damp problem.
