The Authority will require technical support in understanding the issues and implications of developments in IDL Standards and their CM, and in formulating a UK position. The scope of work undertaken may well evolve during the period of the contract and the Contractor shall be expected to apply a flexible approach to supporting such change. The Contractor will be expected to state, and can demonstrate, a clear and rigorous understanding of the scope of each of the tasks specified in this Lot, alongside the breadth and depth of any relevant experience.",
