Each Service Contract 'Call-off' will be based on the delivery of a completed Quality Assurance Visit (QAV), per school. The exact number of QAV's to be scheduled per school will be wholly dependent upon each school's individual requirements, therefore, the providers will be notified by the Council during the annual scheduling of work process, of the number of QAV's (days), per school. Providers will be required to demonstrate the following: *Evidence of recent and relevant experience *Evidence of capacity to deliver services *Safeguarding arrangements which meet Coventry City Council and Children's Safeguarding Board standards *Ability to complete high quality reports Providers are required to arrange and conduct formal monitoring visits to individual schools to: a) Verify the accuracy of the school's current position statement and to evaluate the appropriateness of the school's actions for improvement, as identified by the school. b) Discuss and provide evidence of how the school is addressing areas of underperformance. c) gather evidence and evaluate the impact of any support or intervention provided or commissioned.
