The aim of the service is to ensure that WDH has an appropriate and working Lightning Protection Systems commensurate to the type and structure of buildings within the estates and an inventory of 'at risk 'features within each building. The service is a test and maintenance service only. Major system upgrades are not part of this requirement and will be subject to further competitive tender.",
