Training should target both employed individuals in receipt of means tested benefits and low paid employed females, to support their career progression in the health and social care industry. In summary, the services being tendered cover: (a) Employer engagement and recruitment of individuals to undertake training; (b) Development of training and delivery; and (c) Evaluation of the training provision and lessons learned report.
