The Trust is seeking to appoint a Service Provider who has a proven track record in working with healthcare organisations who operate out of multiple sites. The Crisis Cafe will serve as an alternative point for patients to seek assistance where A&E admission is not required. The sanctuary will support those experiencing a mental crisis, people whose needs are escalating to a crisis point and/or experiencing a crisis. The Crisis Cafe will provide value by reducing volume of A&E admissions out of hours and detention under S136 for patients in crisis.",
