The aim of this review is to come up with a business case for a proposal that can demonstrate cashable savings to the cost of the current service being provided. Information regarding the current public toilet provision within Torbay can be found at: http://www.torbay.gov.uk/index/yourbay/environment/streets/publictoilets This event is aimed at giving providers the opportunity to present and discuss their proposed solutions with the Project Board. Understanding that following this event, whatever way forward is decided will be subject to a public procurement tender process.
