However, volumetric solutions to be delivered under the Agreement may include homes, (flats, houses, bungalows etc.) for social / affordable rent, shared ownership, market rent, for outright sale, or a combination of these and other tenures and property types and ancillary buildings which may be retail, commercial, mixed use or specialist in type or nature. These may include low, medium and high rise volumetric buildings.",
