        "description": "This tender covers sea transportation services data relating to the UK shipping fleet. It requires data on payments and receipts for services provided by and to the UK fleet both in and out of port. The tender also requests data on ships not in the UK fleet that are chartered by UK residents and UK shipping companies. This requirement will be competitively tendered through ONS's Dynamic Purchasing System - DPS Data SaSiE. For a supplier to bid on this requirement they must be registered on the DPS. To register, please follow the instructions here. In order to apply for the DPS you will need to first be registered on the In-Tend portal using the following link:- Link - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/ons If you have any questions relating to the above, please don't hesitate to call me.
