The resultant contract will be for 12 months commencing 01/06/2016 with the option to extend for 3 further 12 month periods until 01/06/2020. Consideration to tenants will be critical, therefore the Successful Contractor will need to demonstrate its experience in completing similar work successfully, of working in occupied houses and dealing with vulnerable people.
