The successful suppliers will be expected to deliver high quality training/development across Greater Manchester. These suppliers will form part of a framework of providers and will be called off by the BGH to work with named executives from eligible businesses. Providers will be expected to identify and refer eligible business to BGH. Businesses will also be referred to the programme from alternative sources. All businesses regardless of referral source will be required to complete the application process and meet ERDF and growth criteria. Programme-specific growth criteria include the creation of at least one full-time equivalent (36 hours per week or more) job within six months of completing the programme.
