The works will comprise the demolition of the 21st Century facade infills to the porte-cochere, external and internal refurbishment, including the installation of new wrought iron gates and railings, and the installation of new automated doors within the entrance. An accompanied site visit is a condition of tender and dates / time slots will be made available via the Messaging Portal.",
