To include the overhaul opening casements and endeavor to leave all fully operational on completion. Treat any underlying corrosion and redecorate all. This to include treatment and redecoration of all painted metal window head details, beams and lintels. Renew any cracked glazing panes and all cracked/aged glazing putty. Work includes * Roof repairs to ridges, replacement of loose, broken slates to the main roof. * Replacement of spalling and decaying face brickwork. * Repointing of areas to face brickwork. * Repointing of coping stones to dormer roofs. * Overhauling of metal crittal windows. * External decorations of windows, doors, and rainwater goods.",
