This Procurement will establish Supplier Contracts for the purchase of a Learning Management System and Authoring Tool. The requirement has been divided into two lots which can be fulfilled by a single supplier or two supplier contracts (one per lot). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
