The unit at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary is due to be decommissioned in October 2019. The Trust is upgrading the unit at Calderdale Royal Hospital to meet clinical demand. We do not attempt to offer specific justification in terms of PCR at this time. We are seeking to establish transparency of our procurement practices.",
