        "description": "The contract is for the supply and installation of LED communal lighting to the communal areas of Reading Borough Council blocks. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 2nd April 2018 and with a completion date 29th March 2019. Contractors wishing to be considered for this tendering opportunity must complete the tender documents and return them electronically via the Council's e-tendering portal.
