We would also hope that the successful organisation invested their time and energy in developing ideas about diversifying and extending the use of Ladywell Arena to new audiences through creative solutions and establishing new partnerships. The Council has an expectation that an organisation will generate inward investment during the term of the lease and we fully anticipate that existing groups may come together and work in partnership.",
