Due to space restrictions at the HQ site deliver will have to take place in a 3.5 tonne van (luton box acceptable) and agreed in advance with the ICT client placing the order. This procurement process will take place in two stages with all interested parties completing the online questionnaire to demonstrate compliance with the basic requirements. All those bidders that pass this stage will be invited to participate in an e-auction where they will be invited to submit their best prices in a reverse auction.
