This role requires an outstanding individual with proven experience of managing complex issues and meetings at a senior level, particularly in partnership settings, and who has a significant operational and strategic understanding of the safeguarding agenda. The successful candidate will need to evidence they can Consistently provide strong leadership, strategic vision Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships Analyse complex information and provide robust scrutiny and challenge.
