"title": "DEMENTIA CARE PROVISION AT REDFIELD LODGE",
"description": "Bristol City Council is currently consulting on our provision of residential dementia care services at Redfield Lodge. Details of the consultation are available here: https://bristol.citizenspace.com/health-social-care/review-of-dementia-care/ Feedback from families of people who live in Redfield Lodge is that they would like their relatives to be able to stay, rather than be transferred to alternative provision. We are therefore exploring the available options in more detail. In order to informally test the market, we would like to know if organisations would be interested in taking on Redfield Lodge at something approaching current rates as per option 3 of the consultation. This is purely indicative and in no way forms a commitment. TUPE would be likely to apply and so a table containing the current staffing numbers along with their annual costs is available. It is possible there would be fewer people transferring as staff may be offered voluntary severance but at this stage it is not possible to give greater detail. If you wish to see this information please contact oliver.buell@bristol.gov.uk",
