The approach is evidence-based and guided by the Kent Public Health 0-4 Health Needs Assessment, which identifies local priorities and informs service delivery. This includes universal health reviews, targeted support for families with additional needs, and collaborative working with other health and social care partners to promote optimal child development, health, and wellbeing.",
