        "description": "We need a provider to help us develop and deliver a range of digital content that: Raises awareness of a wide range of projects and campaigns the county council is leading and delivering. Helps to warn and inform communities across the Gloucestershire in relation to incidents and events that the county needs to prepare for e.g. flooding, health protection and cost of living Plans and delivers a package of training for communications team members to ensure the impact of our investment is long lasting.
