Our current platform uses two different solutions for our benefits Flexible benefits, such as pensions and private medical insurance, and Employee discounts and recognition awards. We require a suitable platform that hosts a single solution as a one stop shop to provide our employees with a streamlined service which is easy to navigate and reduces administrative workload.
