The Council accommodates a third-party tenant in the form of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). A large office area accommodates the main DWP operations which will are publically accessible. The reception area is a relatively informal, shared reception area accessible to all members of the public - whether they are accessing the building for purposes relating to DWP and/or for purposes relating to the Council.",
