        "description": "The Council wishes to procure Technical Support to support the re-provision of the Council's day to day planned maintenance service and investment (otherwise know as capital programme) that embraces a wider strategy that reflects annual maintenance investment into the housing revenue assets and meets the statutory and regulatory obligation to have a repairs and investment service in place for November 2017. The overarching vision for the new contract is to: * Secure the new contract for a term to be determined, to enable better control, intelligence and strategic planning across our housing stock.
