The aims of the campaign are to: o catalyse women and civil society to seek information, emphasising the key messages of the core ethos of informing women transforms lives. o Through a digital media campaign, with the production of a series of videos highlight the early signs of gender-based abuse - the media agency will support Birmingham City Council in the development and delivery of an action plan of work and a marketing and communications plan. The campaign aims to raise awareness of Gender-Based Violence, encouraging women to use sign-posted services and visit the dedicated website. The schedule of work is to be completed by March 2024. A formative evaluation will be required by the end of September 2023 and final report once the schedule of work is completed in March 2024.
