        "description": "St Leger Homes Doncaster (SLHD) is seeking to establish a Contract with a Contractor for the provision of non-mains sewage and drainage services to established tenancy properties and sites located within the Doncaster Region. St Leger homes are responsible for a number of waste treatment work facilities, which include, septic tanks ,cess-pits, water treatment plants, foul water pumping stations with macerators.The Contractor will be required to manage, maintain and repair essential non-mains sewage and drainage facilities on both a routine and emergency call-out basis. It is also required to safely remove, transport and dispose of effluent, solid and waste materials in accordance with Regulatory and best practice standards. These contract will be for an initial period of two years with the option to extender for a further two 12 month periods.",
