Primary GSHP pipework entering the ground floor plantroom shall be suitably capped at floor level following de-commissioning. * Decommissioning of the heating and cooling Ground Source Heat Pump primary circuit in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and requirements. * Isolation and strip out of the existing hot water services system including all existing LTHW pipework as identified on the drawings accompanying this specification. * Strip out and modifications of the existing controls associated with the strip out / re-configuration of existing systems. * Installation of new controls associated with the new LTHW and CHW air source heat pumps. * Installation of a new point of use system for domestic hot water, including all associated electrical works * Installation of new modular LTHW Air to Water Heat Pumps. * Installation of a new modular CHW Air to Water Heat Pump. * New and modifications and strip out of electrical services associated with existing equipment being removed and new ASHP and point of use electrical water heater installations. * Communication process including liaison and engagement.
