Do the public react differently if given a simple yes/no question to when faced with two or more questions relating to the same issue that enable a number of possible responses. To provide advice and guidance following adequate research on how best to articulate and describe this so that it is presented to the public in a way such that they are able to make an informed choice about their opt-out preferences. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
