Phase 1 of the development was successfully completed in February 2022. Phase 2 is likely to deliver more than 320 units. The Council requires a net-zero development, minimum of 50 extra care units, and most importantly to maximise affordable housing delivery. The Development Partner is expected to deliver a range of social value and robust community engagement that help support the social and economic needs of the local community.",
