This will be held at NHS Sheffield CCG headquarters, 722 Prince of Wales Road, Darnall, Sheffield, S9 4EU. This session is for providers who would like more information about the work currently being undertaken and also provide an opportunity for discussion and sharing of ideas. A second workshop will be held to provide an opportunity for the further development and discussion of ideas (date and time to be confirmed).
