The proposed scheme closer aligns the school with BB103 guidelines through a combination of extension, internal alterations and refurbishment. New Classroom wing extension to the west. New Dining hall extension to the north. It is not proposed to make any amendments to access arrangements with regards to vehicle or bicycle parking, staff access, collection of refuse, servicing deliveries or access for emergency vehicles as part of the redevelopment The council is seeking a single appointed main contractor to carry out the works in accordance with the detailed design and planning approvals. The anticipated contract period is 12 months for all phases.",
